CAMILLE L. NEIDER
Camille has been the managing partner of Hutchison & Neider, PC, since December 2007. During that time Camille has specialized in criminal defense at all levels throughout the State of Utah. Prior to establishing Hutchison & Neider with John Hutchison, Camille was a felony prosecutor with the Weber County Attorney's Office for nine years, handling thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanor assault, drug possession and dui cases to more serious cases including felony cases of rape, kidnapping, murder and capital murder. Prior to being a prosecutor, Camille worked for three years at the Utah County Public Defender's Office handling indigent felony cases. Camille is the Northern Utah Representative of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer's and serves on the State of Utah Bail Bond Board. Camille graduated from J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1995 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar that same year. While in law school Camille was the a member of the Moot Court team and President of the Women's Law Forum. Camille is a native of Idaho Falls, Idaho. She has three active boys and enjoys spending time with them and her partner Nancy. Camille enjoys traveling, reading, photography and making prosecutors cry.
